Custom Embroidered or Printed Orders take approx 10 working days (Excludes Weekends) to complete and ship within the UK. This is standard within the Clothing Manufacturing sector.
Custom Factory Products, Can take between 3-5 Weeks (Contact us) These products are clearly Labelled if you do not see the label the usual 10 Working Days applies

What is your production lead time?
Most items are approx 10 Working Days (2 Weeks) Custom Factory Products which are labelled on the cover page of each prouct CUSTOM PRODUCT can take between 3-5 Weeks.
Which file types should i provide
PDFS are King when it comes to print quality. If you do not have one we charge a one off set up fee to create it. Type in Vector in the search
How long is delivery?
Once your order is complete, please allow 2-4 working days for it to arrive at your UK Address
Why do your Custom factory items take longer to arrive?
our 3-5 week wait is due to our factory products being made at one of our several international factories this allows plenty of time for from scratch production, import and delivery which are all included in our prices (/No hidden fees)
Can you meet tight deadlines or provide rush production services?
We can on certain Non Custom items, feel free to use the chat to speak to one of our staff.
Can you help with branding elements like woven labels, hang tags, or custom packaging?
Of course for this we would need a Technological pack with all your needs clearly descripted so we can price them up accurate. We offer this service in our Branding Services section on or website.
